Want to find out how you can be more inclusive in your business for people in the LGBTIQA+ community?
The session will be facilitated by Ange Elson (she/her). Ange is the CEO of Tiny Pride, a Ballarat-based not-for-profit that works with organisations to make them safe and inclusive for their LGBTIQA+ staff as well as the broader LGBTIQA+ community.
Ange has an extensive career as an inclusion and diversity specialist working on gender equity, disability, LGBTIQA+ inclusion and reconciliation action planning and has a passion for community-based innovation, mobilisation and empowerment.
