We have partnered with experts in agritourism product development, Sparrowly Group, to deliver a new program aimed at strengthening business capability in this rapidly growing industry.
Designed to support farmers, landowners and businesses interested in expanding into agritourism, the Agritourism Development Program will focus on unlocking the support mechanisms to bring ideas to life.
Agritourism is a fast-growing industry that connects visitors with authentic agricultural experiences on farms or rural land, while offering businesses the ability to generate additional income, diversify operations, and showcase their region in a unique way to attract new visitors.
Launching soon, this program will include educational sessions in each of Tourism Midwest Victoria’s local government areas, a masterclass, group mentoring sessions, and one-to-one mentoring for farmers and graziers to develop compliant and sustainable on-farm agritourism experiences.
